Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggies - Keto
This turned out so good and took little prep time and 16 minutes of cook time! Fresh veggies, polish sausage, and just the right amount of spices made for a perfect Summer dinner! If you are looking for a keto meal, this is a great one and it can all be cooked at the same time on a sheet pan! How easy is that!

Creamy Parmesan One Pot Chicken and Rice
We love chicken and rice and this is by far my favorite chicken and rice recipe. It’s very easy to make and it all goes into one pot (I used my iron skillet).
This went over really well with the kids, they ate huge portions and are already talking about who is going to get the last scoop for lunch tomorrow!

Slow Cooker Baked Ziti
If you have hockey players who need to carb load, then you need this Slow Cooker Baked Ziti in your life. In 2 hours and 45 minutes I had a huge bowl of pasta deliciousness! It’s meatless, and it didn’t even dawn on me until after I put it all together. Too late at that point, but it didn’t need it. The fresh basil is a MUST! Don’t skip that part. Add some meat if you want, but I promise it was so good without it. A salad, veggie and garlic bread on the side just topped off this fabulous dish.
No need to double. I promise you this recipe makes a ton. Enjoy!
